How do you get the guitar controller as a playable guitar (the game) on Guitar Hero: Aerosmith? (Xbox 360)?

The other day I played this guy on Xbox Live and his guitar in the game was one of the Les Paul guitar controller for the game and I wondered what cheat or unlockable should I have to get one. Yeah, I think you thought it out of the question, but it's Guitar Hero Aerosmith. Thnx!
